Oscar Puig Canal
Born and raised in Barcelona, Oscar Puig started obsessively drawing at a very young age. Cartoons, comic books and skateboard graphics were early inspirations. In his teens Oscar got into local punk and rock scene and led him to a whole new level, creatively speaking.
After high school, he attended the The School of Art and Design Serra I Abella. There Oscar studied illustration, graphic design and photography.
In 2011 he got graduated on a Certificate of Higher Education to pursue a career as an artist and illustrator. Initial work included rock artwork, business merchandising and brand identity.
In 2013 he formed the alt rock band Blowfuse. Touring and making music played an important roll to develop his style and inspirational inputs.
In 2022 he gave birth to the clothing brand Felina Project . A an initiative that helps raising funds for environmental and animal welfare.
Puig’s work is characterized by its vibrant colors, intricate details, and a unique blend of traditional and digital media. Over the years, he has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, including art covers, merchandising, and branding campaigns for the entertainment industry.
